By coming to you for mediation, I save attorneys and clients the hassle of traveling, keeping the process convenient and efficient. Since depositions have likely already taken place, the parties are familiar with each other’s locations, making a neutral third-party presence more important than a neutral setting. If meeting at either party’s office is infeasible, we have agreements for office space throughout Northern Colorado to ensure a comfortable and professional environment. My approach ensures that mediation happens where it’s most practical for everyone, reducing stress and allowing the focus to stay on resolution.
